I am tired of the frequent power outages at the most absurd times of the day. Every tuesday has become a scheduled power outage/ load shedding day. I don't understand what maintenance works they carry out during such outages. Their X account keeps on sending automated replies. Meanwhile their contact numbers are never answered. What's the point of paying bills to them?
