Hey guys, I’m sure there’s posts like these all the time but I just wanted to make one of my own.
I’m 23 years old, working a full time job in community services, getting around 3k a fortnight after tax. I’m looking for a rental with my mate however it would just be my name on the lease due to my job stability. As per usual tho with people in my position I have no rental history.
Ideally I’m looking for something between $600-$650 a week that can house us both. Nothing flash but something not completely awful. Does anyone have any advice on other places to look/try other than your realestate.coms and domains? I’ve tried Facebook groups but it feels like most of them are a scam. I’m honestly not too fussy, I’m just ready for my own space and to really started growing into who I want to be and I’m just looking for ANY tips that could help. Thanks yall
