In an absolutely hilarious (/s) move, our county has raised everyone’s assessed boat values this year. FFS. We will obviously challenge it, but has anyone else ever experienced this? I feel like boats may be one of the best examples in the world of a constantly depreciating asset. And certainly our boat has not gained upward of 5% in value over the last year. 🤦🏼‍♀️
