Just dead outside Novac on the road to Nelson it’s my first time in novac this run. Is this like normal? Never seen it.

I’ve played this game since it’s released religiously and never got it and I always kill the little noble guys just for a chance to get it, took me a thousand hours and about 100 playthroughs but man it feels good to hold this in my hands.
