i got this iPhone 6+ on iOS 8.4 today and it had the activation error so i renamed setup.app but i can't install wtfis so how do i jailbreak?

I deleted setup.app on my iPad mini 2 and then also jailbroke with the ssh ramdisk but now cydia isn't on the home screen and when i use cydia:// to open cydia nothing will install
