Taking letrozole way too early

I had been spotting for a few days without a period in sight. One day it was fresh blood but no usual period symptoms like bloating, pain, heavy flow on the first few days. But it's fresh blood that is way more than the spotting so i counted that as day 1. I took forst dose of 5mg letrozole on "day 2", and then on the 4th dose i noticed my flow is getting heavier and i'm starting to feel like i'm gonna have my usual period. The last dose day, i had a full period, with all of my usual period symptoms except severe cramps (still crampy but very bearable).

Now it's clear that i took it wayyy too early. Any similar experiences? Am i gonna be okay??

Missing Haji

Assalamualaikum

I came across this tiktok of a missing Indonesian haji and wanted to share it here in case anyone could help. He has been missing for 3 days, no identification, but Indonesian hajis have metal bracelet with their passport numbers and group info or some sort. The bracelet is pretty difficult to take off so hopefully he still has that on him.

Third picture is the CCTV camera of where he was last seen. I didn't find any more details regarding the person except the ones already mentioned in the picture.
