hi! I’ve vaped for a good bit, a long time. Recently found out I’m pregnant so I’ve quit cold turkey. The past couple nights I have had hypnic jerks
causing me to not fully go to sleep till midnight 1am. I’m also bloated as absolute fuck. Idk if it’s from pregnancy or quitting but holy crap it’s annoying as all hell. How long does this last. 😭😭
