I made this and tried some Decoden. I found it difficult but I enjoyed it.

Pfft. So I signed up to a gym, not a gruff gym , a ladies only , where there are air resistance machines , not weights. Anyway , it's given me a bad back , at the top , between the shoulders , which is the only place I did not have pain before much. It doesn't feel like the gym type muscle ache that I had in my youth, the 'good' pain of working out, it felt not good.

Do you think I am pushing it too far going to the gym? I'm not sure if to go back , I've signed up on a year contract . I'm thinking maybe focus on some yoga instead. Walking (which I love ) is hard right now, can't get far.

What exercise do you all do please ?

Hi all. I've been on GLP1 medication before and I've always stopped due to side effects and getting worried about them. Saxenda has been my most tolerated in the past so I decided to give it another go and kind of stick it out! I'm on my 4th week and I'm on 1.8. No weight loss as yet.

Does anyone else on this drug just feel a little bit ill all the time , like , washed out , a bit sickly , the odd stomach pain , bit of acid. a general feeling of 'blah' I'm a bit poorly , I want to just curl up with my cat all day? This is how I feel. Will it get better ? Should I continue and push through ?

Your advice is appreciated.
