what brands should i look at for plain dried leaf? preferably ones i can find in smoke shops, but also open to ordering online in the US.

hello! i want to try salvia eventually, maybe sometime soon. i do want to start with chewing plain leaf, but i can't seem to get a very good sense of how intense that would be. i know that salvinorin is very powerful, so i imagine that it may be sort of inconsistent in terms of potency and intensity. i have had maybe 2 dozen lsd trips in the past. it's been 4-5 years since my last one, it was really bad. i was 17 then, i'm 22 now. i want to get back on my psychonaut journey. i have some mushrooms and dxm ready for me to try, but i'm curious if chewing salvia could also be in my list of ones to try sooner rather than later. i was pretty fucked up from that bad trip for a long while (but again i was 17, and i was also going through some crazy shit in my life at that time). i'm not trying to fuck up my mind again. i am looking for ways to learn more about myself and consciousness, i'm wondering if it could helpe me break out of zome unhelpful thought patterns that are a little too strong right now. i know salvia can definitely be extremely unpleasant in higher doses. i do want to reach a level where i can get there eventually, but only if i ready.

anyway, do y'all think it would be good for me to try soon? when i start i basically want to feel nothing, and go up until i start. not sure if that's possible with how powerful it is. do y'all think i should get more experience with the classic psychedelics? i also thought that that might not apply because salvia is so unique, and i commonly hear people say that you can't really prepare for it. do y'all think it's not a good idea for me yet (or at all) considering my age and bad experiences in the past? i just am so facinated by these drugs, i would love to experience many of them in my lifetime, i certainly want to be careful though. thank you all
