I built an Android app that downloads videos from Instagram and turns them into live wallpapers, a quick way to set any reel or video as an animated background on your phone.

I need 12 testers for the 14-day closed testing requirement to get Play Store production access. It’s low effort: just opt in, keep the app installed, and open it now and then over the two weeks.

Test-for-test: I’ll gladly return the favor and test your app too. Drop your links and I’m in.

I’d also love to connect with other devs for ongoing mutual support (feedback, testing swaps, launch advice). Happy to build a small group going forward.

What it does: Download live wallpapers from Instagram reels or 1080p video. No sign up, no ads. It comes with some sample Instagram videos built in to browse through or you can go to Instagram and share a video to this app to download.
