Best CRM for D2D window cleaning

Been doing door to door making 700-1300~ a day but want to pivot into having a real business and doing service plans because frankly I hate knocking. Yesterday I sold my first service plan and all I did was write down his information. What's the best CRM for someone who does door to door exclusively?

Yard signs

Just started doing some yard signs to advertise, I was wondering if people here use H stakes or zip ties to stop signs/street signs. I put out 100 with h stakes and so far only got one call, it happened to be a quote for an entire apartment building so I’m happy with the result, but one call for 100 signs (many of which are still up a week later) feels a bit lackluster. I do yard signs for my buddies business and he uses zip ties, so I was wondering if people here got better results with zip ties or if window cleaning isn’t a great business for yard signs.

Thoughts on using a DI only system in a medium high TDS area (200-350~)

I want to buy a DI system for a WFP and I’ve seen some conflicting information. As I understand it it will purify water at any TDS level it’ll just burn through resin fairly quick, but a saw a video by SteveO saying that a DI only system in a high TDS level area won’t even fully purify the water. I also know he just so happens to be a sales rep for the company selling $2000 tubes of metal so I don’t know who to trust. My current plan is to buy the DI only, I mathed it out to costing $13~ an hour at the very most and just wanted more experienced people to check my work!

It’s a bit hard to see so I’ll explain what it is, it’s two chairs with a violin standing on it and behind it is a mattress in the back corner. I so wish there wasn’t a locked gate (and no soliciting sign) so I would have to chance to clean this!

First day me and a buddy went out, I’ve got some solid sales skills and in the 7 hours we worked I got us $800 in jobs. The day after I could barely get anyone to answer the door and the neighborhood we went to was difficult to find houses that weren’t gated. Any advice to find ideal neighborhoods to knock in? What time of day to knock? Tomorrow I’m going to where I grew up, it’s about 25 minutes away from where I live now and I remember those streets being perfect.
