ive already reached out to support and am awaiting their response. however, i wanted to reach out here if anyone else has has a similar experience.

the issue is that a shared proton doc (i am not the docn owner) will not load. it shows the file getting decrypted but then it freezes when a separate circular loading icon is at ~60%. it also freezes every other proton tab i have open on my browser. anyone else encountered this before?
