Just had to ask a group of two guests to leave, and honestly, it was really difficult to deal with. As soon as they arrived at the Airbnb, they said they didn’t like the place and started complaining about how other Airbnbs were cheaper. We could barely get a word in because they were already upset and started shouting at me about the fact that we didn’t have a stove, even though the listing clearly stated that a stove was not provided. We told them that if they weren’t happy with the Airbnb, they were welcome to cancel the reservation and leave. They refused to do that as well.
I contacted Airbnb Support, and they helped me cancel the reservation and issue the guests a full refund. However, when we told the guests they needed to leave, they threatened to call the police.I’m honestly pretty worn out from the whole situation and not really sure if there was anything else I should have done differently.
