Has anyone tried a good kitchen remodeling around Baltimore?

Got a small culinary incubator space here and we are in the middle of trying to get an equipment loan approved. We want to set up a shared commercial kitchen for local startups.

I know how fast a bad install can ruin a timeline. I've seen other places lose thousands because they hired cheap crews who couldn't pass health department inspections.

Need a professional team that actually knows commercial codes but won't bankrupt me right now.
