Beginner needs help, keep having to run fsck to use laptop.

I am completely new to linux and computer stuff in general this is my first time messing with computers at all. I was given a used macbook pro from 2015 (intel) and decided to load cinnamon onto it. Over all i have been happy but I am running into some problems I can't fix.

They first showed up while i was trying to copy some .avi files from an SD card onto the computer, and now it seems the same thing is happening after using the computer for a few hours.

Everything runs perfectly then I will tey to open an app and it wont load. When I try to open firefox specifically it says a version is already running and I need to restart. So I restart the normal way (going to the menu and shutting it off not forcing it off with the power button).

When I start it back up it goes right into initramfs. I do a manual fsck /dev/sda2 and I get a ton of messages about free block counts being wrong and free inode counts being wrong for various groups.

I tried to start cinnamon from recovery mode and when I try to run the grub boot i get an error saying the file is Read-only file.

I also checked my ssd health and it looks fine, nothing stands out as failing.

Other than these issues it runs smooth. I can run the fsck and my data is fine and I can use the laptop until the problem arises again. I have included some photos of the fsck and recovery mode if that helps.
