Planning to buy a standalone building in devarachikkanahalli, bomanahalli, Bangalore. Plot area is 875 sq feet. G + 3.5... total of 1 2bhk and 6 1bhk.. I am buying for 2.15cr. is this a good price and deal ? It a 1 year old building 30 feet road. Let me know.
