I am getting a 3 stall garage done with polyaspartic and am interviewing a few companies. One company does a moisture vapor barrier base coat and a polyaspartic top coat. The other company does polyaspartic for the base and the top coat, and swears the moisture vapor barrier isn't necessary. I'm in the midwest. Both are $7-8/sq ft. Who is correct and why?
