i’ll make this short but He refunded our deposit. We returned the keys and he also moved in the new tenants one day before we told him the property would be vacant and complained about the property being dirty. (We have photos of the clean apartment) now he is demanding money back since the tenants cleaned, also nothing mentioned in our contract about end of tenancy cleaning.

Is he entitled to anything or should I just block him lol
