Hello everybody!

I have been thinking about installing the black bowties, black emblems, and black mirror caps. However, I was wondering how easy it is to DIY and if there are any good alternatives to the OEM ones being sold on Chevy’s website.

I’ve been driving my EQEV for about two months now, and I can’t say enough about how much I love it and how happy I am with my purchase. When I first took it for a test drive, I was a bit intimidated by how big it felt, but now I think it’s the perfect size. There are a few things that do bother me sometimes, though. For example, I get a little frustrated when the telecommunications module takes a while to respond to in-app prompts like “Remote start.” Also, I’m a bit inconvenienced by the lack of charging controls in the mobile app. I wish it had better speakers, power-folding mirrors, and fewer chrome trims inside, but these aren’t really deal-breakers that would make it impossible to live with the car.

However, the good outweighs the bad. The car has an incredible range, is very comfortable on poorly paved roads and quiet on the freeway, has a beautiful interior, and gets a ton of compliments from passersby.

I have always driven german cars, and am a huge german car enthusiast. So the fact that this vehicle blows me away every single day and puts a huge smile on my face is a source of bewilderment to me.

Long story short, if you’re thinking about test driving and buying it, I say DO IT.

Hey y’all, I’m in the market for a Phone mount or holder for my EQEV.. Any recommendations? I don’t like the ones that stick to the windshield so I’d prefer something else.

My EQEV has about 2,600 miles on the clock and its brakes squeal while backing up or parking/maneuvering at low speeds. Has anyone else experienced this? I didn’t expect this issue to begin this early in my ownership journey.

How are you guys feeling about the whole headlight being on rather than just the LED Light Bar for DRLs? I don’t like it and kinda want to find a way to permanently switch off DRLs without having to keep going out of Auto.

Is there a way I could make the parking brake automatic? I noticed sometimes when I put the car into Park it automatically engages the parking brake but other times it doesn’t. Any idea why that happens?

I’m looking at a 26’ LT1 AWD with Comfort Pack and Safety Pack..

What’s your experience with it so far? Any reliability issues? Any tips and recommendations?

I also need to tint the car for sure, what % do y’all recommend? I was thinking 50% windshield, 20% front sides, 5% rear sides.

Another thing I want to ask about is do the side mirrors tilt down in reverse? I looked for the option during my test drive but I might’ve been looking in the wrong places.

My final question, can I download Apple Music through the Play Store? Or is that feature still unavailable?
