I want to settle! Do I just admit?

LOCATION: GA, US

I recently got served papers from a debt collector and I've decided I want to try to settle with a lump sum payment. My local court has this specific form to fill out for my answer but I'm not sure which option to select for this? Do I just say I admit? Or do I select payment plan even though I don't want a long term plan I just want to negotiate a settlement? Do I check both boxes??? Help. None of the other advice I see online mentions forms that look like this.

I'm going to turn in my answer in person. Do I still need to send a 2nd copy to their attorney or should I just call them?

I've never dealt with this before and I can't afford representation. I've already looked into legal aid but the only office in my county doesn't handle debt cases so that's not an option.

I'm just so ready to be done with this and it's astonishing how little assistance there is.
