I built a readiness graph for the watch face. Here's my last five days on an Ultra 1
I'm the solo developer of Lepo, and this is my own Ultra 1. Lepo uses your Apple Health data to give you a readiness score and a sleep score each morning, plus an energy estimate that changes through the day.
The graph under the time is my last five days: readiness and sleep as lines, energy as bars. I built it because one morning's number doesn't tell me much, but the last few days do. You can set it to show anywhere from one day to a week.
The readiness and sleep lines, energy bars and the one-to-seven-day window are free. In this photo I'm using the optional paid Pro, with the Vibrant theme and extra graph layers for strain, workouts, naps and sleep timing. You don't need any of that for the app to be useful. It's there for fellow data nerds.
Apple announced its readiness score for Series 12 and Ultra 4. Lepo runs on any Ultra with watchOS 26 or later, paired with an iPhone on iOS 26 or later. Wear it to bed so Lepo can use your overnight heart and sleep data.
Open a score in the iPhone app and you see what went into it, like your overnight heart rate and how well you slept, and whether each one helped or held it back. On the watch you get the scores and the graph. The full breakdown is easier to read on the phone.
My Ultra 1 doesn't get Apple's readiness score, so I haven't compared the two side by side. Lepo's readiness estimate uses overnight heart readings, sleep and recent activity. Some inputs are compared with your recent baseline. If you use both on an Ultra 4, I'd like to hear how they line up.
The scores are estimates, not medical advice.
