I found a boss sprite in the world. I played with him for two games. I did NOT bring him into the game. I had a mastered level 5 boss sprite in my locker. When I died the next game with it, it went into sprite jail and I have to bail him out. That's bullshit.
That is all.
I was playing last night on zero build solo, and it was down to like the last 12 players in the game. I got into a fight with someone, and I was knocked! As I'm trying to roll away and revive, this other person comes over to me and picks me up and starts running away with me. I'm panicked, and my opportunity to revive is closing as my health deteriorates. Then .. she drops me. She drops me a shield, and she leads me to a sprite and a new revive.
I was shocked. But at this point, how tf can I kill her? She was my literal hero. She carried me out of battle. She let me heal. She took care of me!?! And then I killed the person who came in 3rd place. And it was just us two at this point. I danced for her, and then I decided, I wanted to give her the win. I headed into the storm.
She tries to BLAST ME OUT OF THE STORM to save me again, but it was too late, I succumbed to the storm and she won victory royale.
And then I realized, this person was following me around in the lobby before the game and I was sketched out thinking she wanted my holofoil sprite or something. But then I danced for her, and she danced with me.
It was the same person!? The moment had come full circle. 🥹 Why do these wholesome things keep happening to me in solo BR? 😭🙏 Thank you, my queen. I tried to add you. Just know, that was one of the most surprising, exciting, scary, and exhilarating experiences I've ever had on Fortnite.
So, I was riding around in a car, and I went to hit this guy, but instead, he jumped in the passenger seat, and we rode around together for the remainder of the game. He killed, I drove, until it was just us two remaining. We hunted together. Then, we got out of the car together and emoted like WE had won together. And he dropped a Sprite to me and then died to the storm, giving me the win.
I tried to add you, if you're reading this. I still think about our interaction to this day. The way we trusted each other the whole time not to kill each other despite being in solo BR. I miss you, friend. 😭🥹😅🤣
What fuckery was that last holofoil hour? In ~70% of the locations that usually spawn chests, there weren't any there. Did they up the rate sprites spawn but decrease the chest spawn rate?? The chests that were there, including sprite chests IN VAULTS were giving me like water, fire, and earth sprites, not the holo variety either. I feel like that was a waste of time. 😭 And it was madness with the revives and shock rocks. I preferred the mythic boots during previous sprite hours to the shock rock thing.
