I'm just kind of curious how AP Rakan support is doing, like would I be able to run it in ranked without that much trouble?

I went on an 11 game loss streak from gold 3 to silver 2 so i'm a little desperate to try and win games, it's mostly getting absolutely stomped early game & we just cannot make a comeback from that so i'm curious if AP Rakan would help with that or is it just better to stick with guardian runes & build him enchanter? I'm guessing it also depends on the enemy comp & my comp as well, but i'm not exactly sure what would qualify me able to run him ap or not & with that, is there like any runes / items I should build?

I feel like it's just because I lack enaging at level 1 with his W because I always get down to like 40% health because they just have way more damage output than my adc and me so i'm wondering if AP Rakan will help us get ahead? I'm just kind of desperate for anything that'll help :')

I'm a Rakan OTP & still trying to improve and i've been getting a few Xayah's and I ironically have no idea how to lane with her. I'm just kinda lost because it's really only the laning phase that's a huge struggle for me because otherwise we do just fine after that.

Most of the time they usually farm or get super aggressive depending on the enemy comp, i'm just not exactly sure how to play into that & when I should be aggressive or let her farm. I'm just kind of lost and she's like the only ADC I'm bad at laning with so i'd appreciate any help.

Like does the enemy comp depend on CC or something else to a point where she wouldn't be as aggressive as she should be or should I try to wait till her feathers are positioned & the enemy lane gets aggressive for me to W them into her feathers for her root as well? (or does that not work...)

I'm just kinda lost & don't wanna accidently throw while they expect me to know her kit when I ironically don't, I'd appreciate any help or tips on how to play with them! 🫡

I'm a Rakan OTP & i've been trying to climb a lot recently but i've only managed to hit gold. I'm very happy to hit gold but it was mostly because I was being carried, I feel like I could do improve more if I wasn't so nervous playing all the time.

I'm not too sure how to improve because I get very caught up in my own mind about observing my gameplay because I don't like the thought of being bad at Rakan because he is all I play and how do I exist if I'm bad at the only champion I play? Often times because of my worry I forget to click certain things or misclick such as accidently clicking flash instead of heal or completely forgetting to click a key to use an item like Locket for the team shield.

^ I have been considering changing my summoner spells & specifically my item #2 slot on my mouse buttons for easier access but I'm kinda worried about clicking the wrong buttons or forgetting which is which.

I've been considering asking my ADC to ping when they wanna go in & interact with me more in chat so I can get an understanding because I still am unsure about my personal gameplay & if I do things correctly. I'm not sure if the adc would be angry at me though for the constant need to want pings? It's not like every second more like a OMW ping when they wanna engage / retreat ping if i'm being too aggressive or like when we get in the game something as simple as if they typed "play safe till level 6"

I'm not too sure how to request an adc to even do that and if they would even agree but i'm not sure why they wouldn't, I am just unsure how to word it. I also feel like if I communicated that then my team would (hopefully) be more inclined to tell me what to do at certain times which I like better than wandering around aimlessly and trying to remember what to do.

I'm a support main but i've been wanting to play some more other roles for fun but I feel like I lack the game sense to play these because I don't know proper wave management & how to properly play against someone in a 1v1.

Here are some characters I have used or want to use. For Baron I have Shen, Mordekaiser, Sett & Darius. I've tried Sett but he makes me very frusturated really easily because I cannot make him work, my favorite by far is Shen because I just like him and he's always been my safepick, Sett & Darius are just when I personally feel more confident in my skills and I mainly use Mordekaiser for AP.

For Mid I usually use Yone, Twisted Fate & Zed. I mainly use TF because I find him more of a safe pick for me, i've always wanted to try Katarina too but she seems too hard for me because common sense is not my speciality lol.

If it helps, I usually have a duo who plays jungle if I would play mid or top. She plays Kayn & Evelynn mainly and i'm wondering if these are picks to go with those or if I should look into more champions?

I'm down for more champion suggestions and some tips on how to get better at them as well too.

I'm a Rakan OTP for currently only the support role and i've really been wanting to bring him top / mid but i've always been so confused on what to build and if I should build this or that depending on certain comps / enemies i'm against.

I never know where to look for these certain things to understand items and no matter how hard I try to understand based upon my own knowledge, I cannot.

I'm still decently new so my item knowledge is basically non-existent but I really need ideas on how to learn more. Currently, the main items I assume for Rakan in mid are stormsurge, shadowflame, lichbane & deathcap but what even is the order you'd build it in? I have 0 idea what items people would build for top, I assume it's the same boat as mid though

The only few games i've played as Rakan mid, I have always bought Luden's Echo first for my easier minion clear and I have always skipped stormsurge because I've honestly never understood it and I get embarassed if it has done 0 damage after having it for like 5 minutes because I'm scared of getting flamed by my teammates. Other than that, it'd be shadowflame, lichbane & then deathcap.

I know you can run a lot of items on Rakan because i've looked at youtube & seen a lot of builds with Rakan. Some of them I never understand why'd you ever build them on him but also, it is dependant I guess. Some ones are Zhonya's, Rocketbelt, Liandry's, Malignence, Cosmic Drive, Zeke's, Imperial Mandate, Mejai's & Rod of Ages.

I genuinely have 0 idea if some of these are pure trash on Rakan or half decent but to me like some of these are extremely confusing to me, why build Liandry's or Malignence on a character like Rakan?

I'm just confused and I'd appreciate any help with figuring out what to build in certain situations.

I've been noticing recently whenever I play Rakan with my adc, a lot of times that they just never follow up after I do a combo?

I get if it's an adc who can't really get all up and close but i've had samira's who stay back while I give her the easiest combo potential ever. This also could be my fault with the engaging timing and actual positioning of where I decide to engage with a combo which could also make it hard to get value out of?

I'm just curious and wondering what I should do better to set up a good opening for my adc 👍
