Anyone went to the Barcelona GP on General Admission (the cheapest option)? Looking for real experiences regarding the summer heat and views.

So, I recently got into F1 and so far I've been loving it. I live pretty close to Barcelona (I can get a €10 bus there), and since I don't know if I'll still be living in this city next year, I want to take advantage of the proximity and go.

The thing is, I'm kind of broke. I managed to land a decent internship with a basic stipend, but that's it. So, I wanted to ask anyone who has been there live: how is it?

I'm a bit reluctant because of the heat (middle of summer in Barcelona), the risk of getting a bad placement where I can only see a single corner, and obviously the cost of a hotel and everything else.

My second biggest fear is spending all that money just for the race to end up being a total snooze-fest. I'd be so bummed out if I saved up all my cash, braved the mid-summer heat, and then watched a boring parade with zero overtaking.

I feel like it's an occasion I can't miss, but perhaps it would be wiser to just stick to the livestream? For those who have been, does the live atmosphere and the sheer sound of the cars make up for it even if the track action turns out to be dull? How interesting is the Barcelona circuit? Also how bad do Barcelona get during summer?
