Family Safari Trip Advice

Planning a graduation safari trip in 2029 (I know it’s far away but need something to look forward to lmao) with my family. Four adults, two kids (6 and 8), three generations. Really interested in the exclusive use properties in Kenya, but from reviews, it seems like they’re more “post-safari” spots, and the wildlife situation at those are not as good as the “traditional safari camps.” Does anyone have any suggestions regarding which combination of properties to stay at?

Also open to countries other than Kenya btw but I am really drawn by Arijiju, Ol Jogi, Wild Hill etc. (And it’s so hard to choose even between these hahaha).

Has anyone done Deplar Farm in Dec?

As the title says - I’m also curious about the chances of seeing the northern lights there in December
