Hi, I have been learning french since June of this year and my PGWP is expiring July 2027.

I started with two tutors because I wanted to try both of them in the beginning and it helped a lot to speed my A0 to A2 stage.

I am at A2 and early B1 right now. Now both tutors went into exam prep and I am not sure which one to stick with. Both are similarly experienced but have different structure.

Teacher A provides corrections and more conversational, but no exam specific templates to increase my score. Recommended me TCF.

Teacher B only teaches TEF with templates that have gotten most of students with level 7 in writing which I haven’t gotten to yet. But, she recommended to have a conversational tutor on the side for speaking task and provides vocab to memorize.

I naturally feel more comfortable with TCF writing and speaking tasks but lacking template is a bit concerning and difficult.

What would you do in this situation?

My situation is somewhat complicated and I really need some advice/support.

My information:

Current score is 474 (499 in October)

PGWP expiring in July, 2027

1. I have two part time jobs (one possibly qualifying for healthcare, the other researcher position). I received ITA this week from the healthcare draw, but it seemed to be from misrepresentation from the profile as it counted my work experiences as 2 years. I had 2 months unpaid leave which was not applied into the profile. I should probably decline the ITA right?
2. How should I upload my work experience when I have two months of leave and there was change in work hours for the past two years? Do I create a separate entry every change?
3. My university had delays in giving official transcript/completion letter, so I applied for PGWP in July. However, I believed I could work for 90 days (my mistake), so I have two months (May - July) of unauthorized work. Do I need a lawyer to draft up a LOE?
4. Is there a difference in immigration consultant and lawyer for my case?
