Looking for a essential traditional bluegrass album (beginner jam standards)

Hey everyone, I’m just getting into learning bluegrass guitar, but I’ve hit a bit of a wall—when I pull up common beginner songs to learn, I don't actually know the melodies yet. That makes internalizing them take twice as long.

Since my physical practice time is super limited right now, I'm looking for album recommendations packed with traditional beginner-friendly fiddle tunes and jam standards. I want something I can passively listen to throughout the day to get these tunes stuck in my head, train my ear and “pick favourites” before I pick up the instrument.

Where to start with bluegrass as an intermediate guitar player? It scares me but I want to learn!

I’ve been playing guitar for about 25 years (mostly rock, blues, folk, and Travis picking), so I’d call myself an intermediate player. But I’ll be honest—the insane speed of bluegrass flatpicking scares the hell out of me.
To add to the challenge, my days of practicing for hours a day are long gone thanks to adult life (marriage, kids, standard lack of time).

For anyone who transitioned into bluegrass later in their playing journey, what’s the best road map?

What basic fiddle tunes, rhythm patterns, or flatpicking techniques should I start with?

Any specific courses, YouTube channels, or books you recommend for someone tight on practice time?

How do I build up that bluegrass speed without burning out?

Appreciate any tips or guidance you guys have!
