Morning of —> 4 weeks post op
4 weeks post op… feeling really good. Been a very easy recovery. I see a lot of people talk about their tough recovery but I wanted to share a positive experience in case anyone is considering the procedure. I have had very little pain, didn’t need narcotics, and doctor says I can be back in the gym in a week or two. Had a small seroma that we nipped in the bud in a few visits.
Just been eating a lot of protein and minimizing any salt intake… and lots of water.
