TWW Engineering question - Frayed Wiring
I have a decent stockpile of Frayed Wiring saved up. I've been buying it for 80s (it vendors for 80s) and planned to sell it at 3g+/-.
You can buy it from the vendor for 3.2g. According to wowhead it does not appear to drop from any NPCs.
It is not rewarded from pilfer through parts or scour through scrap (at least as far as I can tell).
And yet people continue to sell it on the auction house for 1g, sometimes 80s even.
I can't imagine they'd buy it for 3.2g and sell it for 1g over and over. That'd be a long term loss obviously. I know sometimes people do this to crash a market, but it's been long enough that it should have stopped a while ago.
So my question is - where are people getting this item before I vendor it all and move on.
And yes, I know I should just move on regardless as this isn't worth my time... but I'm CURIOUS! where is it coming from?? 😉
