I am working on a project with a Charvel Model 4 body from the 80's with HSS routing that I scored of Ebay years ago. I want to reuse some parts I already have and one of the things is DiMarzio DP154. It is a bridge humbucker and originally comes with a plastic cover the size of a P90. I do not have the cover and the original cover also would not comply with the humbucker route in the body. The original cover is much larger. The pictures attached show the metal baseplate. The whole baseplate is originally covered.

I want to mini-humbucker look at the bridge.

I am now looking for a (custom?) metal cover that only covers the bobbins. The bobbins, however, are wider (30.5 mm) than a standard mini humbucker (28 mm).

Does anybody have any sources where I can get a metal cover with a custom size that would fit the bobbins?
