Just finished up m1 year, interested in derm. What does it take to match at a t5 program? I will be happy matching anywhere obviously, but would like to aim for a t5 even if I dont end up there in the match. Sorry for the neuroticism in advance.
Considering joining my school's free clinic (not derm-related) and picking up related leadership positions. Would this be fine or should I invest my time into getting more research and publications? Also getting involved with the derm-specific free clinic regardless.

I know that you can list 10 experiences on ERAS, other than research, what other activities did yall list that were impactful in matching / getting interviews?
