African winter 26/27

I was asking about itineraries yesterday. and I came up with this. The only place I have been to on this Itinerary is Morocco, and I've never been to those specific places in Morocco. All the other places are new to me.

Notes: I'm a bohemian spirit. A painter and writer. I don't want anything too common (aka Marrakech/Bali)

November. Morocco: Essaouira, Taghazout (what other coastal towns are must-see). Leaving from Casablanca to Cairo

December. Two weeks in Cairo, Two Weeks Dahab. End the year back in Cairo (any Dahab recommendations?)

January. Chill month painting in Lamu. I'm very excited about this destination if anyone has any contacts there or has been, please let me know.

February. Beach life in Zanzibar.

March. I'm thinking Cape Town to end this adventure. Is that too cold? Could an alternative be Madagascar?

Here is a graphic ChatGpt spit out, it's not exactly the most accurate, lol.

Morocco/Istanbul vibes...

Hey everyone. I'm currently in Mexico for the next 6 months but considering where to head after this.

I love Morocco and Istanbul (Yes, I've only been to the city).

I would be happy to go back, but was thinking maybe another destination. I love good food, history, great architecture, a little rustic charm.

I was thinking... has anyone been traveling lately to Lebanon or Jordan or any countries around that way and had positive experiences?
