I have severe panic attack's and havent been able to drive further than a few miles from home because of it. I've been prescribe a bunch of medication's (some of which dont allow me to drive while under the influence of them). I haven't been given an explicit diagnosis of why this is happening, but i'm wondering if this would qualify me for dismissal? I would really like to avoid having to uber to the court house
