[Landlord US-WA] If you want to buy a multifamily building where you look?

It’s time for us to retire so we’re selling our four unit property, where do I advertise it?

Where do landlords “shop” for places to buy. I think our place is well suited for someone using that low down payment FHA loan, so attracting those buyers could be a plus.

Baby’s Nursery, need ideas.

Our surname is Bailey and our first baby boy is on the way and we’re naming him Barnum.

I want his nursery to reflect his name, and I think we’re off to a good start, but something is missing. What toys should I add? How old should he be before we hang the tight rope?
