Is this home Hospice RN position too good to be true?

I have lots of non hospice acute RN experience and feel like I could appreciate this field a lot.

I’ve interviewed earlier today for home hospice and it probably went well. In Michigan covering a 50 mile range, low traffic.

FT Tues Wed Thurs

No weekends. Salaried (so no pay for OT). 1 call shift every 10 days or so when night coverage is away.

First day all admissions 2-3 patients
2nd and third days home visits 5-7 visits.

I am worried I could be working 16 hr days or be buried in charting. Is this common?

There are no guarantees and the company has a decent reputation and staff that try to work around extenuating circumstances though I am worried.

Any thoughts?
Thank you

I’ve been spending those $ and when my DOF H3 3 axis motion platform arrives I very slowly will piece together my new seat/platform/ and seatbelt tensioner

DOF H3 3 axis motion platform

Qubic QS-BT1 seatbelt tensioner with 6 point harness

TRS TR SERIES GT PRO racing seat

Buttkicker gamer plus (I bought a mount option for this with the DOF H3)

Fanatec CSL DD 8 nm wheelbase

Fanatec CSL load cell pedals

Basic Moza H pattern stick shift and hand brake (I will probably to sequential but may stick with paddles on wheel for racing)

Triple 32 inch curved monitors with 4th 27 in monitor on top

Trak racer monitor stand

PC with RTX 4070 Ti SUPER card

Some off brand 5.1 surround sound with subwoofer and mounts

At this light mostly Assetti Corsa Competeizione and dirt rally 2.0 though will be figuring out iracing soon

I have no experience with motion platforms though have read I will need to figure out a mount for the seat belt tensioner on top of this moving frame.

Besides going to excess, is there anything glaringly wrong about this set up?

I don’t know about how the pedals will sit in relation to the motion rig but read they move with it I think?

I’m hoping the CSL DD isn’t too heavy for what I have as well

I’ve only been talking to AI about it so any input would be appreciated! Thanks
