Bathroom Remodeling Recommendations

Hey friends, unfortunately my wife and I are in the position of having to destroy our dream shower that was just constructed as a part of our remodel last year and re-do it all thanks to poor workmanship and a shower pan leak...

As you could probably guess our #1 priority this time around is that we're working with a reputable company that takes ownership of the entire project (demo, water proofing, tile) and can warranty their work.

I'm guessing this post will end up being 80% bot responses but was curious if anyone has had a great enough experience remodeling a bathroom in Austin with a company that they'd care enough to comment here.

We're hoping to move pretty quickly here but quality is the most important factor. This is a 8 x 5 shower with two linear drains and a lot of marble so it's critical we get it right this time and hopefully never have to rebuild this shower again.

I think this is becoming a problem…

My wife and I had to eliminate beef (and a bunch of other things) from our diet because our son has a severe cow milk protein allergy… jerky has been my cheat snack since I’m not making him milk but I can’t make it at home anymore for obvious reasons (My wife loves it too lol)

This is just from this week. I can’t stop eating multiple bags of it a day. This is a very expensive addiction lol.

EDIT: I meant to add… I’m also open to recs!!! What is your favorite SALTY jerky I can get online? I like hot jerky best and I will not buy anything that has brown sugar as the second ingredient. My other favorite that is not featured here is No Man’s Land Hot.

PSA: Do not accept free jerky from u/CarneSecaConnoisseur

Why? This shit is so fucking good and now I can’t stop buying it. Last time it was delivered I ate all of it within two hours and just made another order for 6 more bags. 😂

This all started a month or so ago when u/CarneSecaConnoisseur commented on a random post and offered to send someone else a free bag. I DMd him because who says no to free jerky and now I get it! Dude is a genius and makes the most incredibly addictive jerky I’ve had in a while. I can’t stop buying it!!!

It’s super thin, seasoned perfectly and very tender at the same time. It almost tastes like what I would describe as a beef chip. I hope one day I can get some fresh from the carneceria if I’m ever driving through Arizona. My only complaint is that it only comes in 3 oz bags…. Also for what it’s worth I’m a very experienced jerkyholic. I live in Texas and make my own jerky and enjoy some of the best local jerky available. The sazonada has been my favorite jerky lately and I’m sitting on a half pound of Prasiks peppered in my fridge right now lol.
