My neighbors live in the back portion of a flag lot almost right across the street from me. A regular residential street. For the last 5 years since they moved in they have a herd of people over on 4th of July and come out to the street and set off fireworks for 3 fucking hours. I could deal with 30 minutes but 3 hours is ridiculous. How can I discourage this? Any ideas besides piss disks are greatly appreciated.
