Turned right, drove over a small elevated pothole?? And steering broke. Passenger-side wheel is facing right, driver-side wheel is facing left. What am I looking at? 😭

Hello, I have a 2000 XJ that has a working AC but it doesnt blow as cold as it once did the previous summer.

I’m not very knowledgeable on cars but I wanted to see what you folks think I can do to make it blow colder? Thanks!
