Was given this 84’ Trx200 by a buddy of mine. Said he tried to get it going a few years ago but couldn’t get it to idle. Get it going with a new battery and cleaned the petcock. Only issue is that it idles all over the place and back fires through the exhaust. Could this be because of the cheap amazon carb that’s on it? Air filter is new and oiled. Idle adjustment is almost all the way in.
