I’ve read that Siphi is really good with this relic but her A1 heal is conditional (only heals if target turn meter is below 50%).

Does this only work for targeted heals or can it be on champs with “heals all allies after attacking an enemy”?

If it does, I’m kind of in between Khamir and Cecilia the red hope since both their A1s heal teammates. I was also wondering, since Khamir attacks twice on his A1, is there a chance for it to proc twice? Or can it not proc on the 1st attack then proc on the 2nd?

Would there be a better champ to put this on in my current roster? I’m mostly PVE focused so I’m hoping this relic would help with CB, Chimera and Hydra atleast. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated.

Hi guys! I’m trying to build Vestele and currently have this Savage build, with pretty decent speed (im earlyish-mid game) and just got to be able to farm my dark fae towers. I was able to get 4-5 star Lethal gear since I can only go til Floor 60 Hard for now with my team. I got decent rolls on both my savage and Lethal. (Double/triple rolls on crit rate% and speed)

Question is: which one is better? I have more attack and decent speed on Savage with the big trade off from Crit dmg%

But, I have higher Crit dmg% on Lethal with the sudden dip in Speed. When I use Savage my Vestele usually is the 3rd to attack (first 2 are supports/buffers) when I use Lethal my Vestele drops down to attack last. Any insight would be good.

Dont have merciless yet since I dont have a big roster for Cursed city. And not too much stoneskin as what i see other people do since i’ve only ever done hydra 3 times.
