I planted these rhododendrons, the flower my one was last year, the other two were two years ago, what can I do to save them? They get light morning and midday, shade late in the day. I watered them constantly the last two years.

What do I need to do to help these? The first two were planted 2 years ago, the third was last year, I don’t think they’ve grown at all
