Shoutout to Bells of Steel

I had bought one of their exercise bikes a few weeks ago, right before it went on a sale for over $300 off, and they ended up giving me store credit for the difference. So shout out to them for that customer service.

I ended up using the credit to buy the Shoulder Boulder from them, and it might be the best rack attachment I have ever used. Even though I have their cable tower, this is worth picking up.

Chest flies were my main focus with this attachment, and it delivered. After you dial in the exact height it should be on your rack, you can get a real deep stretch at the bottom, while also maintaining a squeeze at the top, without the resistance totally falling off at either end.

Laterals, whether upright or bent over, felt comparable to the cable versions. Since the resistance can fall off if you have a real large ROM, it lets you lock out some extra reps that otherwise would be partials. And since the handles keep your form in check, it also helps prevent form breakdowns when you’re fatigued, which cables obviously do not.

TLDR; Bells of Steel customer service is great, gave me store credit that got me a Shoulder Boulder rack attachment, and it feels great for chest flies and laterals.

365 Apps for Enterprise is installing and detecting itself as installed, but then it reinstalls again every day, on every system it is assigned to.

Key Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration

Value Name: O365ProPlusRetail.ExcludedApps

String comparison equals groove,lync

It installs 365 apps correctly, it detects that key after installation correctly, but the next morning it will act like it is missing and reinstall, even if I see the key before it starts the install. It reports installed to Intune as well, so it seems like the detection works at first, but something causes it to fail later.

When I check the extension logs on the machines, it checks the keys, but then the log skips the results of it, it does not tell me whether or not it detects the registry key as existing.
