Movies with the bait-and-switch gunshot trope.

I'm looking for movies that have a scene with someone pointing a gun at our hero and a gunshot rings out, tricking the audience into thinking they've been shot. Only to reveal that the shooter has been shot by a third party, and our hero is totally fine. Basically looking for good examples of the tropes numbered here:

I'm looking for horror movies that open with a sweeping, bird's-eye-view or aerial shot of a forest. Movies like the Evil Dead remake, Green Room, The Descent, or even The Shining. It helps if the scene has a car driving through the forest on a road below but not required. Can be from any decade. Any help?
