So I am a HR Director and I have a supervisor that I keep getting complaints on. The complaints are always things that are not covered in our policies for example, gossiping, and doing things that I would just concider bad leadership. I need some help on what I should do. I am thinking maybe offer training on emotional intelligence but idk, need help.
