Just a reminder that this is just an estimation and I’m not trying to pass this off as cold hard facts. I’m open for suggestions on where I might be wrong.

SSJG

The multiplier for SSJG can be found using the Buu saga and BoG. After his first fight against Beerus, Goku says that not even Vegito would stand a chance against Beerus, but is more confident and willing to fight as a SSJG.

In the Buu Saga, Base Vegito should be at least as strong as SSJ3 Goku. Obviously, he’s way stronger than SSJ3 Goku but we don’t know by how much, so to avoid making lots of assumptions, we’ll just say he’s roughly equal to SSJ3 Goku.

When Goku makes his Vegito statement, he obviously has to be taking into account the SSJ1, SSJ2 and possibly even SSJ3. So, taking the initial SSJ3 multiplier of 400x base then adding the 50x boost for SSJ, that makes the SSJG multiplier at least 20,000 on the low end and up to 160,000 on the high end if you think Goku’s taking into account SSJ3.

SSJB

This is a pretty simple one to figure out. It’s stated in RoF that SSJB is just the SSJ version of SSJG. This would give SSJB a multiplier of at least 1 million on the low end and 8 million on the high end.

SSJBKK/SSJBE

This is also a pretty simple one. Goku used the KaioKen all the way up to x20 on top of SSJB. We all know KaioKen is a flat multiplier, so Blue KaioKen x20 is 20x SSJB, giving Blue KaioKen x20 a multiplier anywhere between 20 million to 160 million.

Blue Evolution is a similar case as in it was shown to be equal to Blue KaioKen x20, meaning it should also be 20x Blue, also giving it a multiplier of 20 million to 160 million.

UI/UE

So, this one is a bit difficult to find but after a bit of diffing around, I think I have a rough estimate. In the ToP, Base Toppo and SSJB Vegeta were roughly equal in strength, but when Toppo transformed into his GoD form, it required Vegeta to go Blue Evolution, which I explained before should be 20x Blue.

Toppo’s GoD form is similar to Ultra Ego as when Toppo is in this form, he focuses on nothing but destruction, which is what Beerus taught Vegeta before he learned Ultra Ego.

Since Toppo’s boost seemed to be a 20x boost, I think this should imply to Ultra Ego’s initial stage, ‘Initial’ meaning UE with NO damage taken whatsoever as the form obviously grows stronger the more damage you take, making it at least 20x Blue Evolution as UE is obviously superior to that form.

This would put the Initial UE multiplier at around 400 million at the low end and 3.2 billion at the high end. On top of that, Mastered Ultra Instinct is shown to be roughly equal to Ultra Ego, so MUI should also range from 400 million to 3.2 billion in terms of multipliers.

TL;DR

SSJG (low end) - 20,000x base
SSJG (high end) - 160,000x base

SSJB (low end) - 1,000,000x base
SSJB (high end) - 8,000,000x base

SSJBKKx20 (low end) - 20,000,000x base
SSJBKKx20 (high end) - 160,000,000x base

SSJBE (low end) - 20,000,000x base
SSJBE (high end) - 160,000,000x base

Initial Ultra Ego (low end) - 400,000,000x base
Initial Ultra Ego (high end) - 3,200,000,000x base

Ultra Instinct (low end) - 400,000,000x base
Ultra Instinct (high end) - 3,200,000,000x base

These are the reasons why I think Buuhan beats the shit out of Kid Buu:

1. How exactly would Goku suddenly get a fusion level boost in power out of nowhere? He couldn’t have gotten a Zenkai boost as he wasn’t that injured whenever he recovers. Plus Zenkai boosts become less effective once the Saiyan’s grow stronger as shown in Dragon Ball Super. So Buu Saga Goku isn’t getting a boost as strong as Namek arc Goku when he went from 90,000 to 3 million, which is around a 33x boost.

2. Buuhan has better feats overall. Sure, Kid Buu has the statements but Buuhan actually has the feats to back up why he is the strongest Buu.

3. This ties into point 2. Kid Buu was only stated to be the most DANGEROUS Buu, not the strongest. This is because he was savage and no critical thinking, he was basically a mindless beast.

By that logic, Kid Buu is stronger than Fused Zamasu from the Goku Black arc as Dende calls Kid Buu the most dangerous enemy Goku and his friends have ever faced. This statement takes place after the Goku Black arc when Goku is trying to recruit Android 17 for the ToP.

4. Author’s statement isn’t the end all be all. You guys might remember the statement by Takao Koyama claiming that Broly was the strongest in DBZ, which would put him above Vegito.

However, even Koyama himself admitted that he was wrong. This proves that even the directors aren’t 100% accurate when talking about power scaling.
