New native hedge maintenance
I planted a bare root mix of native hedging in Feb of this year. It was around 60cm, and I did a double row. It has really shot up over the summer and is now above 6ft. My question is: what should I be doing with it and when? I would like it to end up really bushy, and it doesn't need to be much above ~7ft. Should I be trimming it down to around 3ft now so that it bushes out next year and then grows up wards? Thanks for the advice!
