Any rad tech grads or students in MA? Please share your experiences… like where did you go to a school? How long was waitlist? How/ where dis you complete prerequisites?

Hello. My son is a junior in high school. He is interested in becoming xray tech (also considered physical therapy but discouraged by the 7 yrs it takes to become one, and college costs). Local community colleges are highly selective for rad tech and have years-long waitlists.
He is open to enlisting in the army for his education. Please share everything that we need to know if he decides to pursue this route after his senior year. What we’ve learned so far is to meet with a recruiter and signup for 68p Mos. Then what?

Hi! I have a son in high school who is now starting to visit colleges. He’s interested in fitness and health, so figured physical therapy is an obvious career option, but open to others. Please share your personal experiences, particularly the college path you took, eg undergrad major, what schools, grad programs (please share location), how long it took to get to where you are. What to think about, what not to do, etc. We are in Massachusetts. Thank you in advance!

Kid may need to take summer classes for failing math this semester (10th grade). Has final exam coming up. Just looking for general info. How long does it go for (how many weeks? How many days/week, hours/day). What should I expect? Son was going to be working part time , now he may have to give up shifts?
