5 Month Update: DES + Ptosis Correction at Garnet Plastic Surgery
Hi, it’s been 5 months! These photos were taken without makeup or contact lenses. I’m about 5 months post op now, and I feel like most of the swelling is already gone. One of my favorite things about getting DES is that makeup applies so much better now.
Out of all the cosmetic procedures I’ve had so far, not that I’ve had many, this has probably been one of the most satisfying in terms of cost versus results. The ptosis correction also helped a lot with the sleepy look my eyes used to have, and my eyes appear much brighter and more defined now.
There’s no visible scarring, recovery was relatively quick, and overall I’m really happy with the result. It may look like a subtle change, but it improved the features I was personally insecure about, so I’m very satisfied with the result.
