Ok I am a hyperchondriac. So please keep that in mind.

I saw my Dr last week with some stats on my bp. About a months worth. She said let's stop the combo birth control pill, I'll see her in 2 weeks to see if that helps with my bp at all. If not I go on a medication. My bp readings have been like 140s-160s/90s-100s. I'm 25 (101lbs).

Anyways I tend to get headaches sometimes. And now especially bc I quit the combo birth control pill cold turkey.

I'm just wondering when do you go to the er for high BP? Like if my reading is 160/100, and I have a slight headache am I suppose to go in or does it have to be the worst headache of my life?

Thought maybe it's the combination birth control pill. They took me off of it a few days ago. Now my bp is constantly 150/110 :D.

I thought it would HELP. Idk maybe it needs time to adjust??

Thyroid isn't causing the high BP.

Echo is fine.

Ekg fine.

I did start taking magnesium

I've had low vitamins (ferritin at 7, iron, b12, d3). I've been on those for maybe a month or two now.

It's just fucking exhausting having to be a detective for my own body. I'm 25 bro I don't need hypertension.

I had to stop taking my combination birth control pill because my doctor fears that it's causing my hypertension (140s-150s/ 90s-100s). And I'm only 25.

Anyways. Ever since I stopped taking it, the bleeding I expected. That's fine. But I'm having fucking NIGHTMARES. like I mean dreams within dreams where I can't tell what's real (I know I'm in reality once I'm actually AWAKE). that and paired with a massive headache that won't go away and anxiety that's at 100000%. Like im having a panic attack writing this. And I guess bc of all this my bp is high too.

What do I dooooooooooooo
