Got these layer lines

Got these layer lines on my PPA-CF print and when i put some force on it it snapped there.

Its printed in Creality PPA-CF and it was dried at 70°C for 6 hours and kept dry for the duration of the print.

It was printed at 0.16 layerheight and 40% infill.

Anyone know how i could prevent this from happening. Change some things in my model or is changing the slice enough?

Best settings for having smooth upside down layer

This is still a prototype in elegoo PLA. The upside down part was supported by tree structures but it leaves quit an ugly surface texture on it. It was printed in 0.2mm layer height.

The plan is to print the final piece with creality PPA-CF.

Anyone got some tips to adjust the standard settings for the PLA aswell as for the PPA-CF.
